1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements.
2. Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
3. Your Content
You retain ownership of the content you submit, including session details and image thumbnails. When you upload images, only a low-resolution thumbnail is stored; your original images are not retained by the Service. You grant us a limited license to process your content solely to provide the Service, including sending it to AI models and storing results. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to upload and process any images or text you submit.
4. AI-Generated Content
Content produced by the Service is generated by AI models. Output may contain errors or inaccuracies. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying any generated content before publishing it. We make no guarantee regarding the accuracy, SEO performance, or suitability of generated content.
5. Subscriptions & Payments
Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis through Stripe until you cancel. One-time purchases are billed once. You can cancel a subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled at our discretion in accordance with applicable law.
6. WordPress Integration
When you connect WordPress, the Service may read from and write to your media library using credentials you provide. You are responsible for any changes made to your WordPress site through the Service, including overwriting existing alt text, which may be irreversible.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including: uploading content you don't have rights to; attempting to access, disrupt, or reverse-engineer the Service; using the Service for unlawful purposes; or reselling access without authorization.
8. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, software, and branding, is owned by Page One Authority and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or proprietary technology.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that generated content will achieve any specific SEO result.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Page One Authority shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data or content. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or for any reason at our discretion. You may stop using the Service and cancel any subscriptions at any time.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Page One Authority is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted here with an updated date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
