WordPress connection credentials: when you connect a WordPress site, your site URL, username, and application password, used to access your media library on your behalf.
Billing information: payment details are processed by Stripe and are not stored on our servers.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to provide and maintain the Service, process payments, send transactional and account-related emails, generate AI content from your inputs, and improve and develop the Service.
3. WordPress Connection
When you connect WordPress, we use your stored credentials solely to read images from and write alt text to your media library. We do not access or modify other parts of your WordPress site. You can disconnect at any time, which removes the stored credentials.
4. Uploaded Images & AI Processing
When you upload images directly to the Service, your browser generates a low-resolution thumbnail and uploads only that thumbnail. Your original, full-resolution images never leave your device and are never stored on our servers. The thumbnail is stored in private, access-controlled storage so your session persists and can be reused, and is sent to AI models to generate alt text, blog posts, and SEO content. If you pull images from a connected WordPress media library, those images remain hosted in your WordPress library and are accessed from there on demand — they are not copied to our storage.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to upload and process any images you submit.
5. Payment Processing
Payments are handled by Stripe. We do not collect or store your full card numbers. Stripe's privacy policy governs the handling of your payment information.
6. Cookies & Session Management
We use essential cookies and similar technologies for authentication and to keep you logged in. We do not use advertising cookies.
7. Data Security
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. However, no system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
